Chicken And Feta Rolled in Pechay Leaves

Ingredients:
1/2 c flour1/2 c cornstarch
pepper
garlic powder
salt to taste
pechay leaves
chicken breast or thigh
oil for frying
feta cheese
red bell peppers
white onion
oregano powder
dried basil (ground)
butter (for brushing before baking)
grated salted egg yolk for garnish (optional)
Procedure:
1. Mix together the flour, cornstarch, pepper, garlic powder & salt.2. Add chicken to the flour/cornstarch mixture.
3. Deep fry until golden brown.
4. Place pechay leaves on a flat surface, place the chicken, feta cheese, white onion, bell peppers, sprinkle with oregano & basil. Squeeze out little calamansi or dayap or lemon juice. Then roll it using the pechay leaves.
5. Grease the top of pecay rolls with butter & bake in a preheated oven until pechay are cooked.
6. Optional: Garnish with grated salted egg yolk before serving.
