Chicken And Feta Rolled in Pechay Leaves Hi guys! A different recipe of chicken and feta cheese.. I make it healthier using pechay leaves as their wrapper.. Hope you'll liked it.. Yum Yum Yum! Ingredients: 1/2 c flour 1/2 c cornstarch pepper garlic powder salt to taste pechay leaves chicken breast or thigh oil for frying feta cheese red bell peppers white onion oregano powder dried basil (ground) butter (for brushing before baking) grated salted egg yolk for garnish (optional) Procedure: 1. Mix together the flour, cornstarch, pepper, garlic powder & salt. 2. Add chicken to the flour/cornstarch mixture. 3. Deep fry until golden brown. 4. Place pechay leaves on a flat surface, place the chicken, feta cheese, white onion, bell peppers, sprinkle with oregano & basil. Squeeze out little calamansi or dayap or lemon juice. Much cheaper than the store bought ones No bad preservatives and additives All natural ingredients Orange Marmalade (with strong flavor) Ingredients: 2 oranges 2 cups sugar 3 cups water 4 pcs calamansi Procedure: 1. Slice the orange peels thinly 2. In a food processor or blender, process the orange segments (make sure to remove the seeds) 3. In a sauce pan, combine the processed orange segments, sliced orange peels, sugar, water, and juice of calamansi. 4. Simmer until the orange peel is cooked and the syrup thickened. 5. You may add water if the syrup thickened but orange peel is not yet cooked, then simmer until the peels are cooked evenly. How To Make Cheese Sticks With a Twist Ingredients: 1 pc Red Bell Pepper or Pimiento 1 pc Green Bell Pepper 1 pc Finger Chili "siling haba" (optional, if you want spicy) Lumpia Wrappers 1 Bar Cheese Oil for Frying Mayonnaise (optional, for dipping sauce) Tomato Ketchup (optional, for dipping sauce) Procedure: 1. Slice the red and green bell peppers, finger chilies and cheese into strips. 2. Wrap the red and green bell pepper strips together with cheese in lumpia wrapper (add finger chili strips if you want spicy). 3. Deep fry until golden brown. Dipping Sauce: 1.
